Introducing WhatsApp Flows Implementation for Flow Builder
Flow Builder is Yalo’s tool for creating conversational flows on platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram. In early 2023, Yalo teamed up with Meta to add native WhatsApp features, such as fields, dropdowns, and in-app interactions. The goal was to improve user experiences and simplify tasks like booking appointments for Farmacias del Ahorro while increasing engagement.
After user research, Farmacias del Ahorro was chosen based on Meta’s traffic policies and volume needs. The project included A/B testing, comparing regular messaging with a native WhatsApp flow. A marketing plan ensured resources were allocated for meaningful results. Once the feature launched, the tests were tracked and shared with Meta’s team.
The team worked closely to create a simple and effective booking experience, always keeping the end user in mind.
